Cancel order: We allow you to cancel your order within 12 hours after you placed your order. In this case, if you want to cancel your order. Please contact us via email ([email protected]) with your order information and the reason for wanting to cancel your order. The customer service will reply and cancel the order for you.

Shipping:

You will receive the item within 15 - 20 days of order. Below is our shipping policy. We invite you to readers to better understand. The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 3-5 working days.
Shipping time: 10-15 working days.

During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.

We also offer express delivery (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) for orders placed before 19:30 on Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two days (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).
Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Breevin Luxury cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
In most cases it takes from 10-15 days. As we ship via DHL/UPS/FEDEX/EMS, the product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
Please don’t refuse the package because of the customs or taxes charges when the item is delivered. The carrier won’t be able to return the items to us unless these fees are paid. Our only option is to abandon the package in customs and if this happens, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.

Tracking number: How can you track delivery? The automatic tracking code will be emailed to you when you order after a few days. If you just received a shipment notification, please allow 3 to 5 bussiness days for the tracking information to update.
